If you are transferring to one of the Australian campus business degrees from the Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Malaysia, you can review credit matches by checking the Prohibitions listed in the Handbook against units you have successfully completed.
For example, if you have completed ACW1020, you would be eligible to receive credit for ACC1200 Accounting for managers in the Bachelor of Commerce at the Clayton campus. Likewise, if you have completed BFW2751 Derivatives 1, you are eligible to receive credit for BFF3751 Derivatives 1 in the Bachelor of Business at the Caulfield campus.
If there are no prohibitions listed against the unit you have completed, you will be offered credit for a business elective at the level you have undertaken the unit. For example, if you completed BFW1310 Introduction to Islamic banking and finance, you will be eligible to receive credit for a business elective at level one.
The final assessment of credit will take into account the completion rules of your destination course, so seek advice if you have any questions.
