In choosing to complete this two-year program of the Master of Global Business and the Master of Management, you’ll be building on your skills and experience to harness a deeper, more specialised knowledge of contemporary business practice and management through a global business lens. You’ll be more aware of the factors at play beyond one particular region or market – and more specifically, how these factors influence the ways we lead and manage people and organisations.
Finding innovative and impactful ways to respond to contemporary management issues is a vital part of this program – with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals core of its DNA. You’ll master the art of making a more positive, sustainable impact – for both the people who enable organisations to function and the environments within which we all live and work.
By the time you complete this two-year double degree, you’ll have acquired a more in-depth understanding of how to navigate business in its most connected, cross-cultural sense and be ready to lead those around you too. It’s a practical and progressive program designed to challenge bright business minds – and elevate your expertise in exciting and inspiring ways.

Entry Requirements
You need to satisfy the following entrance requirements to be considered for entry to this course.
Minimum Entry Requirements (Domestic students)
Qualifications
An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) with a major or minor** in a cognate discipline* with at least a high credit (65%) average or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).
or
An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of relevant professional experience***
*Cognate disciplines include: management, business, commerce, economics, law, humanities or social science disciplines
**A minor is at least four units (equivalent to 24 Monash credit points).
***Applicants applying on the basis of work experience are required to provide a detailed curriculum vitae, outlining their employment history and professional experience.
English requirements
Applicants must also meet the English language requirements.

Current Monash students
You may apply to transfer from another Monash course. Transfers are a competitive process. You may apply mid-year for available courses however consideration will be given as to whether you will be able to follow your course progression.
Please note that if you apply for a course transfer, you should still enrol in your current course as if you were continuing so as not to jeopardise your enrolment in the Faculty if your transfer application is unsuccessful. More about Course Transfer.

Fees are per 48 credit points which represents a standard full-time course load for a year. The fees for 2026 are:
