Management and Regulation and Compliance - B6050
Master's degree/Master's degree
The expectations placed on today’s business leaders and managers have evolved. It’s not enough to lead an organisation alone to greater success. You need to be leading and inspiring change in a way that protects, respects and empowers people at every level of the organisation as well, while ensuring the business they’re a part of is positively contributing to the environment and broader society.
This shifting landscape presents both unique challenges and exciting opportunities. You’ll find many of those opportunities in the rapidly-evolving regulation and compliance space – which is becoming increasingly vital for ensuring organisations maintain good governance. It’s those managers with a stronger awareness for this space who are best equipped to navigate an increasingly-complex corporate environment.
This two-year program provides you with that awareness – and the specialist skillset to deliver positive change in this area of business. You’ll learn how to establish, implement and manage regulatory compliance programs across a broad range of industries. Drawing from international best practice and the latest regulatory technologies, you’ll discover how to recognise risks and find practical solutions to real-world issues – from human resource management and diversity and inclusion, through to risk and regulation in the modern workplace.
This will be complemented by an in-depth understanding of the management skills you can apply to introduce compliance mechanisms across an organisation. You will equip yourself with the expertise to lead and inspire, and to do so in a way that understands and responds to key challenges and opportunities in line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
Ready to lead the world of business into a fairer and far more sustainable future?
