Conversations for Impact - PDU1013

Maybe you have to stand in front of a room full of people and convince them to shift their business management. Maybe you have to persuade your team to adopt new practices. Maybe you need to persuade a very powerful person to just do better.

We often come away from interactions with others thinking 'that could have gone better' and going over counter arguments at 3 in the morning. If only we could stop these key conversations part way through, crowdsource answers and re-run the whole discussion again.

With simulation training, we can.

The Mastering Critical Conversations workshop is part of our Organisational Training education deliveries where we work with you to tailor the course to your organisation's needs in terms of content, methods of delivery (in-person and/or online) and more.
