Artificial Intelligence and Science - C2010
The Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence and Bachelor of Science combines technical capability with scientific knowledge, preparing you to apply emerging technologies to address complex challenges and accelerate discovery.
You'll choose between two AI specialisations: Applied Artificial Intelligence, which focuses on applying existing AI technologies to solve real-world challenges, or Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Models, which explores the technical foundations of AI and how it's designed, developed and evolved.
Alongside this, you'll gain strong foundations in scientific investigation, critical thinking and quantitative analysis while building specialist knowledge in one of many areas such as zoology, anatomy, chemistry and environmental science.
Learn how to combine AI with scientific investigation to accelerate discovery in your chosen area of study.
Through a combination of professional practice units, other IT work-integrated learning programs, field trips, research experiences and specialist Science study, you'll graduate with a portfolio demonstrating your technical capability and scientific expertise.

Entry Requirements (Domestic students)
There are many ways to be considered for entry to a Monash University degree depending on your educational background and history. The below options reflect the academic requirements for the different applicant categories (or the highest level of education previously completed) to be considered for this Monash course. All applicants must satisfy equivalence of the VCE subject prerequisites or equivalent tertiary units including the English language requirements.

You may apply to transfer from another Monash course. Transfers are a competitive process. You may apply mid-year for available courses however consideration will be given as to whether you will be able to follow your course progression.
