This double degree in Digital Business and Business gives you the opportunity to do more - you can study complementary areas to give you a genuine depth of study across business disciplines, build your portfolio of skills by studying different disciplines, and tailor your degree to increase your employability.

Your major in your Business degree will provide you with the knowledge and skills to pursue roles in that industry, while your Digital Business degree will provide you with expertise in areas including business intelligence, digital disruption, strategic utilisation of artificial intelligence, and the adoption of emerging technologies, that will allow you to act as a catalyst for digital transformation within organisations in your chosen industry and across industries.

Entry Requirements (Domestic students)

There are many ways to be considered for entry to a Monash University degree depending on your educational background and history. The below options reflect the academic requirements for the different applicant categories (or the highest level of education previously completed) to be considered for this Monash course. All applicants must satisfy equivalence of the VCE subject prerequisites or equivalent tertiary units including the English language requirements.

Alternative qualifications and prerequisites

You may be eligible to exit the double degree program and graduate with either a Bachelor of Digital Business (B2049) or a Bachelor of Business (B2000) after three years, depending on the units studied.

If you wish to graduate with a Bachelor of Digital Business (B2049) prior to the completion of the double degree you must have completed at least 144 credit points of studies, including all of the requirements in Part A and B for the Bachelor of Digital Business degree.

If you wish to graduate with a Bachelor of Business (B2000) prior to the completion of the double degree you must have completed at least 144 credit points of studies, including all of the requirements in Part A and B for the Bachelor of Business degree.

English requirements

Monash Level A, that is: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or Equivalent approved English test.

Applicants must also meet the English language requirements.
