Artificial Intelligence Advanced - C3002
The Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence Advanced (Honours) is designed for students who want to understand how AI works and advance it from its core.
You'll develop expertise in machine learning, intelligent systems, programming, mathematics and data while building a deep understanding of the computational methods that underpin modern AI.
Alongside advanced technical study, you'll complete an honours thesis, working closely with researchers to investigate and contribute knowledge in AI or a related area.
You'll also gain practical experience through embedded professional practice projects engaging industry and other work-integrated learning opportunities like placements and internships, applying your knowledge to authentic challenges while building a portfolio that demonstrates your technical, professional and research capabilities.

You may apply to transfer from another Monash course. Transfers are a competitive process. You may apply mid-year for available courses however consideration will be given as to whether you will be able to follow your course progression.
