Useful tips for contacting us
When emailing, please:
- send one email per student. Do not send one email relating to multiple students
- include the type of enquiry and relevant student number in the subject line. For example: 'Subject: Commission enquiry #21122233'
- pick the relevant address from the list and send your email to one address only
- use scenquiries@monash.edu if you are unsure which email address to use.
All late enrolment emails must include the:
- student's first name
- student's last name
- student's date of birth
- student's Monash identification number
- course name
- date the student can enrol
- reason for the student's late arrival.
