Useful tips for contacting us

When emailing, please:

  • send one email per student. Do not send one email relating to multiple students
  • include the type of enquiry and relevant student number in the subject line. For example: 'Subject: Commission enquiry #21122233'
  • pick the relevant address from the list and send your email to one address only
  • use if you are unsure which email address to use.

All late enrolment emails must include the:

  • student's first name
  • student's last name
  • student's date of birth
  • student's Monash identification number
  • course name
  • date the student can enrol
  • reason for the student's late arrival.
