Executive Presence - PDB1029

If you’re ready to bridge the gap in your leadership potential, the Executive Presence short course is perfect for you.

Drawing on insights from neuroscience, this practical, evidence-based course will better equip you to lead right now, enhancing your effectiveness and supporting your leadership advancement.

Central to this immersive course are personalised executive coaching sessions to embed and extend your learning. There will also be a virtual program finale following the course to showcase your learning.

Who should attend

You should attend if you:

  • Are a senior leader or senior manager with at least 10 years’ business experience.
  • Have a reasonable span of control, even if you only have or are part of a small team.
  • Have Head of, Director, VP or GM in your title.

What you will learn

We’ll explore the four primary dimensions of executive presence:

  • Think: Using insights from neuroscience to rewire unhelpful mental patterns and cultivate inner congruence.
  • Act: To effectively signal gravitas and exert influence beyond that conferred through formal authority.
  • Speak: To use every verbal encounter to demonstrate confidence, clarity and empathy.
  • Look: To decode the visual cues that can strengthen or undermine your executive image.

Program structure

We offer this short course in both a face-to-face format (run over two days) and a blended virtual format (delivered over six weeks).

The course is designed to deepen your learning through a combination of live experience sessions, guided reflection and peer coaching, as well as three 30-minute coaching sessions with our qualified executive coach. This personalises, extends and embeds your learning, ensuring you get maximum value from the insights gained through the course
