Clear Leadership - PDB1028

Transform your leadership, self-reflection, emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Through this four-day short course, you’ll learn to lead with greater clarity and purpose — creating genuine alignment around decisions and inspiring full commitment to your team’s goals.

You’ll return to your role equipped with practical tools to foster authentic collaboration, build trust, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence and ease.

Who should attend

Executives, directors, managers and anyone in a senior change-agent or consulting role looking to build strong leadership skills and collaborative relationships to get work done.

What you will learn

The course focuses on the four key areas of:

The aware self: Raising your awareness, on both a cognitive and an emotional level, of your sense-making process, and of the variety of different experiences possible in any situation.

The descriptive self: Teaching you how to make your experience and sense-making clear to others in a non-threatening and relationship-enhancing way.

The appreciative and the curious self: Giving you the skills to encourage others to be descriptive, to fully understand their experience, and avoid the kinds of reactions that stop people from telling you their truth.

Conflict and earning in partnerships: Cementing your ability to lead organisational learning conversations and showing you how to use these skills to reduce unproductive conflict in your partnerships.

Testimonials

The Clear Leadership program is, without a doubt, the best leadership program I have ever experienced or worked with. I gained significantly more self-awareness and acquired powerful and practical skills which have resulted in much clearer communication in my work and personal relationships. Living the principles of Clear Leadership has now become a way of life for me.
