To apply for a postgraduate coursework degree, you can apply directly through the Monash Online Application Portal or via an authorised Monash education agent. As an international student, you will need a student visa (subclass 500) to study at Monash. If you’re a new student, you’ll need to apply for a student visa. If you’re a returning student, you’ll need to make sure your visa remains valid for the duration of your course.

To apply for a student visa, you will need a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). You're advised not to commence the student visa application process with the Department of Home Affairs until you’ve been issued with your CoE.
