Important dates

  • Information sessions: August 2026
  • Application period: 6 July – 13 September 2026
  • Interview period: 21 – 24 September 2026
  • Offers made: 26 – 30 October 2026

Step 1: Check you are eligible

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have available credit points in your (undergraduate) course before submitting an application. For guidance, you can view the entry and eligibility requirements.

You are also encouraged to seek course advice from your managing Faculty before submitting your application.

Step 2: Prepare your application and supporting documents

  1. When you submit your application, you will need to provide an updated resume. Please save the file as a Word document and name the file as:

    First Name - Last Name - Resume.docx

  2. Submit your Academic Transcript. Please save the file as a PDF document and name the file as:

    First Name - Last Name - Transcript.pdf

  3. You will also be required to submit a 180-second video explaining why you want to take on this challenge and what you can bring to the program. Please make sure to set the file to allow anyone to access it with a link

Step 3: Submit your application

Once you have checked the entry and eligibility requirements and prepared your resume and video, you can submit your application.

Step 4: Application assessment and interviews

What to expect:

  1. After your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your application.
  2. Your eligibility will be assessed, and your application will be checked to ensure we have all the information we need. We’ll contact you if we need further information.
  3. Applications will be shortlisted, and those who have been selected will be contacted to book a face-to-face interview.

Step 5: Outcome and enrolment

Students who successfully obtain a place in the Fastrack program will be sent an offer. Once they have accepted the offer, Student Services will enrol them in both units (BEX3415/5415 and BEX3416/5416) during the re-enrolment period.

Please remember that this is a very competitive process, and if you are not available for an interview during the specified dates, you may not gain a place in the program.
