Kummargi Yulendj
About the program
Monash University’s Kummargi Yulendj (Knowledge is Rising) Scholarship Program extends beyond financial aid and opens up incredible opportunities to fully funded global educational experiences, priority access to student academic services, employment opportunities on campus and more.
The name Kummargi Yulendj, which translates to Knowledge is Rising, was a gift to Monash University by N’arweet Carolyn Briggs AM and reflects our genuine commitment to building capability within our students that can benefit both them and their communities.
With Kummargi Yulendj, Monash has reshaped our scholarship offerings to ensure we continue to build on our commitment and grow our support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students as well as students from regional, remote or low income backgrounds. Access to higher education and fostering student success remain central to our mission at Monash University.
It's easy to apply
There are no additional scholarship applications you need to complete! Students who preference Monash and submit their Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) application through VTAC will be automatically considered for all scholarships they are eligible for.
