Alcohol and ageing

The REACH project, School of Primary and Allied Health Care, Monash University have developed resources to support GPs, nurses and other health care professionals to talk to their patients about alcohol use. Collaborating with the Alcohol Change team they designed a package of practical, evidence-based and informative resources with input from GPs, nurses and community members.

This suite of educational resources – many translated across multiple languages including english, arabic, chinese, traditional chinese, italian, greek and vietnamese – have been designed for:

1. Community members
2. GPs and Practice Nurses
3. Primary Health Networks

These resources are available for use within general practices across Australia, and include:
