Dr Ziad Nehme is a paramedic and a Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellow with expertise in prehospital emergency care and resuscitation research. Ziad is the Director of the Centre for Research and Evaluation, Ambulance Victoria, and the Chair of Steering Committees for leading clinical quality registries in Victoria, including VACAR (cardiac arrest) and VASQI (STEMI). He holds appointments as an executive member of the Australasian Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium (Aus-ROC), Task Force Member of ILCOR, and editorial roles for the journals Prehospital Emergency Care and Resuscitation Plus.
