Wind Farms and Human Health

In 2012, the NHMRC commissioned an independent reviewer to undertake a comprehensive search of available literature to determine if there was evidence to establish that emissions from wind farms cause human health effects (direct evidence). In 2014, researchers from MonCOEH and the Australasian Cochrane Centre were commissioned to repeat the systematic literature search in order to capture any additional evidence that had been published following the release of the initial review.
