It's easy to do this online. Please visit the online update your details form.
Yes you can, but only for a limited time.
You can continue to access My Monash Portal for three months after you complete your Monash course.
Alumni have access to their Monash student email account for 12 months after graduation. To log in, you will need to bypass the portal and log in directly to Monash webmail with your username and password.
To change your username and password during this 12 month period, visit the Information Services help desk. If your password expires during this 12 month period, please contact the help desk on +61 3 9903 2777 to have your account and password reset.
An academic transcript lists subjects taken, results attained and the degree that you have graduated with. A student letter states only the degree you have obtained from Monash. Monash Connect can provide you with a formal copy of your academic transcript.
Alumni are able to purchase membership to the Monash University Library at a discounted rate. Please visit the library benefits page for details.
If you have a Monash degree or diploma, you are automatically part of the global community of Monash University alumni. You do not need to join or register. All alumni can take advantage of the range of activities, events, Australian and international contacts and benefits the University coordinates.
