Program cost

Program cost: $2000 AUD. Travel grants are available from Monash Abroad for those meeting eligibility criteria.

Deposit payment: $500 AUD non refundable deposit. Payment details will be provided to successful applicants.

Final payment:  $1500 AUD payable September 2025.

Program fee includes:

• Nine nights twin share accommodation (single rooms may be available for an additional fee)
• Group transfers
• Monash University Travel Insurance for the duration of the tour and 15 days either side of the study tour dates
• Meals as outlined in the itinerary
• Welcome/farewell functions
• Transportation for the academic program and site visits
• Local guides for some activities outlined in the itinerary.

Program fee DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Return international airfares  (estimated at AU$900 –$1250)*
• Transfers that are not within program dates (est. AU$40 – $60)*
• Monash University tuition fees for 6 credit points of study
• Visa costs (if applicable) (est. AU$100)*
• Accommodation not within the program dates (est. AU$100 – $150 per night)*
• Meals not outlined in the itinerary (est. AU$40 – $60 per day)*
• Other personal expenses
• Spending money.
