Social Impact Hackathon Series

Hackathons are intensive, hands-on problem-solving events where you work in teams to tackle real-world business challenges. Across the day, you ideate, develop, and present a solution under time pressure, collaborating closely with peers and receiving guidance and feedback before pitching your final idea to a panel. Through this experience, you build strong employability skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking, which are valuable across your studies, future workplaces, and your broader professional development.

The Social Impact Hackathon, proudly delivered by Monash Business School, in partnership with The Generator, brings this to life through an exciting one-day event where business students work in multi-disciplinary teams to design and pitch innovative business solutions for a client operating in the social impact sector.
