Key competencies

The Monash Research Training Competency Framework has been developed through extensive research, benchmarking and consultation. It is designed to serve as a comprehensive guide, visualised as an interconnected cog-wheel graphic, capturing the essential high-level competencies crucial for both research and professional skill development. The Framework provides graduate research students with a clear understanding of how various competencies and development activities interconnect and contribute to their overall growth.
