Course enrolment form

To be completed by students who have accepted a graduate research degree offer and wish to enrol into their new course or will be revising their submitted thesis.
External off campus enrolment

This form should be completed by the main supervisor in support of the student’s application for external enrolment and uploaded as an attachment to the student's attendance variation application.
Research degree timeline

A research degree timeline template is available to assist you with planning your research. This template can be used to support your milestone presentation or applications that may require you to provide a timeline, such as an extension to your thesis submission due date.
Travel plan

A Travel plan is to provide the Monash Graduate Research Office with your contact details and other necessary information. Please ensure this plan is uploaded to your Study Away application.
International Research Safeguards Assessment Form

Some applicants, or research projects, may be subject to Australian Sanctions Compliance, Defence Control or other Public Interest legislation.
Employment overlaps with research

If the research you complete for paid work and your thesis overlaps, it is important to make particular declarations as to how the data will be used. This form should be submitted as early as possible once an overlap is recognised.

An intellectual property and ethical research declaration must be completed by all graduate research students.

If you are a new student and are required to assign your Intellectual Property to the University, you will be unable to progress your enrolment until you have submitted the Student Assignment Deed Poll.

Add/discontinue coursework units

This should be used by graduate research students wishing to add or discontinue coursework units. Students must consult with their supervisor and with research administration officers in their Department/School before submitting the form.
