Thesis including Published Works: Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Number of Papers and Quality of Publication

• A minimum of one accepted or published work from a scopus indexed journal.

Student Contribution

• The student must be the sole or first author of the paper.
• Given that a student’s contribution to a first author paper must be at least 50%, joint first author publications cannot be included in their submitted/published state and candidates are required to submit these contributions in a traditional thesis format.

Type of Published Work

• Published work not directly related to the research outcomes of the project cannot be included.

Declarations

• The thesis declaration must explicitly list any involvement of the supervisory team in editorial boards of journals in which included papers were published.
