Clinical Trial: Psychedelic-assisted therapy (Deuterated Psilocin) for Major Depressive Disorder

This study is investigating the safety and effectiveness of two supervised doses of psychedelic-assisted therapy, given alongside usual antidepressant treatment, in adults with Major Depressive Disorder. Participants who complete this study may be eligible for a follow-on extension trial involving up to three additional high-dose sessions with therapy.

Clinical Trial: A three group study in healthy volunteers, exploring the effects of mindfulness, psilocybin and their combination (Psil-oMM)

This study explores the effects of mindfulness and psilocybin on wellbeing and cognition. The trial enrols healthy adults aged 18–75 with little or no prior mindfulness or psychedelic experience. The study involves 4 weeks of mindfulness training and/or administration of psilocybin in a safe and supportive environment.

Clinical Trial: Psilocybin-Assisted Concussion Therapy for Persisting Post-Concussion Symptoms (PACT-201)

This study tests whether psilocybin-assisted therapy reduces symptoms of Persistent Post-Concussion Symptoms following traumatic brain injury. Participants will be people who continue to experience problems at least 6 months following a traumatic brain injury.

Clinical Trial: RCT testing a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) model of Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy (PAT) for Major Depressive Disorder (FIFO-PAT-201)

Please note: this study does not have open recruitment, all participants will be recruited through the partner psychology clinic; participants are not able to join the clinic in order to access this trial.
