Individual occupational therapy assessment | Involves meeting with parents and children to work out what they do well, what most challenging to do within the child’s current daily routine. The initial session may include some standardised assessment or clinical observation of your child completing age appropriate tasks, as determined with the family. The Occupational Therapist will make specific recommendations, which can be incorporated in your daily or weekly routine. If a formal assessment is completed, you will be provided with a summary report and feedback session from the results. | $98 * Includes:

Individual therapy session
| Individual therapy session may include 1:1 direct work with your child, consultation with parent/teacher, or attending meeting (where deemed appropriate) | $40 for 30 minutes

Group therapy + individual goal setting session and review.
| In most cases, we will provide an individual assessment session, including goal setting, in order to gauge your child’s individual needs prior to participation in our 5-week group program. This also includes an individual follow up review session to discuss strategies specific to your child | $173 Includes: Individual assessment $58 Individual review $40 Group program $75

Group therapy
| Participation in 5 week small group program. As determined with therapist i.e. if attending a second group. | $75 for 5-weeks ($15 per week) |

Please note due to regulations from the university, we are unable to accept cash or card payment onsite.

We are not able to offer rebates such as Medicare rebates or private health insurance at this current time. This program is subsidised by Monash University, Occupational Therapy Department, however a small fee is necessary to operate this service.
