Statistical Consulting
The Monash Statistical Consulting Service provides one-to-one statistical guidance that underpins excellent research across all Monash Faculties and Institutes. Our primary focus is supporting HDR students (PhD and Masters by research) with 5 hours of free one-to-one consulting – funded by Monash Graduate Research Office and the Monash Data Futures Institute.
Our consulting service covers a wide range of statistical methods and approaches, including research design, statistical methods, and organising results for high-impact publications.
We also support Monash staff and industry with a 1-hour free consultation, and further support is available on a fee-for-service basis.

We help researchers to maximise the impact of completed surveys. We can also assist in survey planning.

We run courses and workshops on a range of statistical topics, including statistical inference, survey analysis and statistical software.
