Monash Bioinformatics Platform
The Bioinformatics Platform provides a hub for technical training, infrastructure development, and cutting-edge computational techniques in areas such as genomics, proteomics and structural biology.
Monash Micro Imaging
Micro Imaging provides world-class expertise and optical imaging instrumentation, including advanced light microscopy, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, multiphoton microscopy, and super-resolution microscopy.
Monash Biomedical Imaging
A full suite of multi-modal imaging equipment alongside clinical testing facilities enables researchers to conduct both preclinical and clinical research. Technologies include an MR-PET scanner, which simultaneously images structure, function and metabolism.
Ramaciotti Centre for Cryo-Electron Microscopy
The Monash Ramaciotti Centre for Cryo-EM provides expertise in advanced electron microscopy for biomedical discoveries at the molecular and cellular levels.

National Imaging Facility
NIF is Australia’s advanced imaging network, providing open access to flagship imaging equipment, expertise, tools, data and analysis. Monash Biomedical Imaging is one of 13 NIF nodes located at universities and research institutes across Australia.
Pawsey Supercomputing Centre
Pawsey has been designated as a Centre of Expertise in High Performance Computing, and plays a key role in providing world-class infrastructure, advice and training across disciplines including AI, astronomy, life sciences, medicine, energy and resources.
AuScope
Monash University is a partner institution for the AuScope Geochemistry Network (AGN). AuScope collaborates with NCRIS and 13 nodes including Monash, and creates tools to manage, share and build data networks and platforms for the Earth Sciences.
