Applying for a scholarship can seem daunting.
That's why we've put together an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide to take you through the process and help you make the most of your potential and circumstances.
You usually apply for a scholarship when applying for a research degree, so make sure you check your eligibility for both a course and a scholarship before applying.
What happens if your application is not successful?
A university of our standing attracts a lot of interest from research students, and our scholarships are in great demand. If you were unlucky in your first application, don't worry – you have other options.
The Monash University Institute of Graduate Research (MIGR) only handles scholarships for postgraduate research degrees, but being a researcher is not your only postgraduate study option. Monash University offers over 2000 scholarships and bursaries for coursework programs, designed to encourage and reward academic excellence and ensure equitable access to education.
