Where can I get faculty advice on how this experience fits into my degree?

You are welcome to visit the following Business and Economics Student Services counters for in person drop-in advice Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm:

Upon completion of your Global Study Program you must submit your completion certificate to the Monash Abroad office. All transcripts will be verified by Monash Abroad before being sent to your faculty for processing.

Can I participate in more than one international experience?

You can participate in multiple international experiences throughout your degree. Careful course planning is required so that each international opportunity contributes towards your degree requirements.

Who can help me if I have trouble applying?

If you have any technical issues completing your application, please contact Global Programs and Partnerships through Monash Connect. Be sure to share any screenshots you think might be helpful to solve the problem.

Application outcome

Monash Abroad will email you the outcome of your application directly to your student email account. Please do not contact us for updates during this time and we will not be able to provide them.

NB: if you change your mind and do not undertake your Global Study Program you must contact the Monash Business School and let us know via Monash Connect.

How do I enrol in the unit?

If your application is successful, the faculty will automatically enrol you in the appropriate unit code. You cannot enrol yourself via WES. If your application is successful you will be enrolled into a Business Study Abroad (BSA) or Business Exchange (BEH) unit for the corresponding study period.
