Mary's award-winning book, Giving Voice To Values: How To Speak Your Mind When You Know What's Right (Yale University Press) has been widely acclaimed and adopted in many business school curricula. Mary was Faculty member and manager of case research at Harvard Business School in 1985-1995, where she was one of the principal architects of the School's Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Responsibility curriculum.
