The organisation
The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. MGA offers opportunities for you to engage in new experiences and develop skills that will help you in their future careers, including communication, leadership, teamwork and time management.
About the program
With MGA Volunteering, you will have opportunities to engage in a number of different volunteering activities such as assisting with the orientation program, social events and sport groups.
Who can participate?
Graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University.

Pre-volunteering module
All staff and students will need to complete a short module, Foundations of Volunteering before undertaking any volunteering activities. Get started here!
Can this count towards Volunteering in Practice (MON2000)?
MGA Volunteering cannot count towards elective unit MON2000.
Can this count towards the volunteering digital badge?
Some MGA Volunteering can be counted towards the Impact through Ethical Volunteering badge. Please contact volunteering@monash.edu for more information.
