PITCH 2024
PITCH 2024
In September 2024, 60 high-performing PhD students from across Monash's faculties and campuses were brought together for the second iteration of Monash PITCH (PhD Interdisciplinary Team CHallenge) at Monash’s Malaysia campus. This year, a number of PhD students from local Malaysian universities also took part in the program.
Working in interdisciplinary teams, the students took part in a hack-a-thon to develop solutions to challenges faced by the local community, such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, and heritage tourism.
Explore how our researchers responded to their challenges below.
