Human Behaviour
Monash IRT helps to link Monash University’s world class human behaviour capabilities to the railway industry, such as through BehaviourWorks Australia. This include an understanding of the interface between psychology, human behaviour and the transport system. This field of research examines the social and psychological impact of the transport system on individuals and society, as well as behavioural impacts and cultural change within railway workplaces.
