Project title: Examining aged care workers; experience of grief and co-designing strategies to support workers, care recipients and carers

Publication: A manuscript is currently being drafted for submission to the ‘Journal of Clinical Nursing’ (expected submission in May 2024)
Presentation: An abstract will be submitted to the 57th Australian Association of Gerontology conference to be held in November 2024.
New collaboration: The research team included the CEO of a residential aged care provider. This was the first research collaboration between Monash and the organisation. The CEO has agreed to continue this collaboration for the next phase of the study. This new collaboration has also been extended to another funded project let by Associate Professor Helen Rawson with Dr Shimoinaba as a co-CI.
