Participants sought to study brain injury in intimate partner violence
Researchers at Monash University are currently studying the long-term neurological effects of mild traumatic brain injury and nonfatal strangulation in women who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV) and compare these findings to women who have never experienced any form of IPV.

Eligibility
- Women aged between 18 - 75 years old
- With OR without history of intimate partner violence (IPV)
- NOT pregnant or breastfeeding
This study involves
- A medical history interview/questionnaires
- Cognitive testing
- Neuroimaging
- Blood/Saliva collection
