Our mission at the Opportunity Tech Lab (OTL) is to help build that very world and use our global reach and network to tackle some of the biggest root causes of inequality.

When socially disadvantaged and vulnerable groups are unable to fully participate in the economy, it’s not just a loss for them, but for all of us. It leads to lost productivity, increased social exclusion, and reduced economic growth. But imagine a world where this gap is closed. A world where billions are added to the economy through increased consumer spending, higher tax revenues, and reduced social welfare expenses. More than that, a world where human dignity is enhanced, social cohesion is cultivated, and everyone belongs.

OTL is a dynamic, purpose-driven research and development team that tackles the root causes, not just the symptoms. We leverage emerging digital technologies to create new opportunities for inclusion and diversity in our key focus areas of employment, entrepreneurship and consumption.

Applying the latest global research and innovations at the intersection of employment inequities, entrepreneurship, peak performance, and the use of digital technologies, we collaboratively design and deliver solutions that empower people to participate in fair and rewarding economic activities.
