Service robots and human wellbeing
Our research explores the impact of implementing service robots in the retail and service sectors on both employees and customers. We focus on identifying strategies that assist firms in optimising their service robot investments to boost employee morale, promote positive behavioural change, and elevate the customer service experience, ultimately aiming to improve the well-being of both employees and customers. We are actively seeking firms and industry partners to collaborate in our research and development to empower their employees and customers, and in turn, broaden the integration of robotic technology in the Australian retail and service sectors.
