We also support people and their families to manage the broader impact of these conditions such as behavioural changes, mental health difficulties including depression and anxiety, sleep problems and fatigue.

Concussion clinic

Concussion is mild form of traumatic brain injury that is most common as the result of sporting and other accidents. Concussion can cause a range of symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, memory difficulties, irritability, anxiety and fatigue. These symptoms normally resolve on their own but in some people can persist. Our team provides assessment and treatment for people with persisting symptoms after concussion, particularly, if the symptoms affect their thinking, mental health, or behaviour. We also work closely with other providers of concussion care, such as physiotherapists and doctors, and can refer you if these services are needed.

Clinic staff: The clinic is primarily staffed by Provisionally registered Psychologists who are completing their PhD in Clincial Neuropsychology at Monash University. They work under the supervision of A/Prof Adam McKay.

We provide comprehensive and family-focussed neurodevelopmental, cognitive, and mental health assessments of school-aged children experiencing complex challenges.

Clinic staff: The clinic is primarily staffed by Provisionally registered Psychologists who are completing their PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology at Monash University.
