Neuropsychology Rehabilitation Clinic
The Neuropsychology Rehabilitation Clinic at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health provides evidence-based rehabilitation and support for people with cognitive and emotional difficulties following an acquired brain injury (ABI) and neurological conditions. Our programs aim to support people to engage in meaningful life roles and activities.

What services do we offer?
- Individual cognitive rehabilitation to assist with memory, attention and other thinking difficulties
- Group cognitive rehabilitation programs including the Monash Memory Skills Group
- Psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to support emotional adjustment after brain injury, and improve sleep and fatigue
- Guidance around managing cognitive, emotional or behavioural difficulties at work and study
- Referral to other professionals as recommended
Who are the neuropsychology team?
- Our team consists of provisional psychologists enrolled in postgraduate training in Clinical Neuropsychology at Monash University under the supervision of experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist A/Prof Adam McKay.
How do I make an appointment?
- A written referral from a GP or health professional is required using this form. Once your referral is received, you will be contacted by the clinic.
How much does it cost?
- $70* per 50 minute treatment session
- $210 for Memory Skills Group
*Concession rates may be available for financial hardship, concession card holders and full-time students. Clients with NDIS funding will be charged at applicable rates.
