Child, Youth and Family Clinic

The Child, Youth & Family Clinic is committed to advancing the mental health and wellbeing of children and families through research-integrated clinical training and practice.

We offer child and family-centered psychological assessments and interventions for school-aged children who are facing emotional and/or developmental challenges. Our assessments provide a detailed evaluation of the child’s developmental, cognitive, and emotional functioning, to identify strategies that parents and teachers can use to help them thrive. Our interventions are designed to improve the social and emotional well-being of young people by working with parents and children together.

Our team is made up of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Neuropsychologists, Neurodevelopmental Scientists, as well as Provisional Psychologists undertaking advanced practitioner training and doctoral research at Monash University.
