Non-School leaver requirements

Monash University considers each applicant's academic record (ATAR, GPA and completion of pre-requisite subjects to the required level) for selection into the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).

Non School leaver / Mature aged student requirements

Successful completion of VCE, including VCE units 3 and 4 with a study score of at least 35 in English (ESL) or 30 in any other English and a study score of at least 25 in any two of chemistry, biology, mathematical methods, physics or specialists mathematics.

All students must have the pre-requisites or equivalent University studies even if you are a non-year 12 applicant. Successful completion of semester of study in the pre-requisite VCE subject at a recognised tertiary institution would be considered comparable to VCE success. Please contact your local TAFE to see if they offer courses in the VCE units you need to have completed as a prerequisite.

Applications should be made online through VTAC (Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre).

An interview is no longer a selection requirement for entry into the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)

Please note that if you have not completed the pre-requisite subjects you cannot apply for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) course.
