The Business Centre located on level 13 is an executive board room available to Monash Business School staff and alumni. The Business Centre can accommodate up to 20 people and features state of the art teleconferencing technology and three hot desks.

If your meeting goes beyond this capacity, you may wish to reconsider your choice of venue. The Monash University Venues Team may be able to assist you further.
If there are changes to your meeting, you must email these to buseco-30collins@monash.edu two (2) working days before your meeting start date in order for them to be actioned.

Local or building issues can be referred to Security at the ground floor concierge counter. For 24 hour campus security please contact 03 9902 777 or for an emergency 03 9905 3333.
There is no permanent onsite MBUS staff presence at 30 Collins St. Your first point of contact is your BOS Officer 03 9903 1555 (Option 2). Note this is not available for weekend meetings. If you require urgent assistance you can see Monash Security on the ground floor or via phone on 03 9903 8255 / 0488400162.
On arrival, report to the ground floor concierge desk and security will provide you with a key fob to be used for the duration of your meeting. Please ensure that you return all key fobs to the concierge desk at the end of your meeting. Meetings ending after 6 pm, please return all key fobs into the black mesh cup at the security desk. To prevent losing access to the space please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for bump in and bump out.
The hire of the Meeting Room is for the facilities on level 13 only.

Discount Parking is available at First Parking at Collins Place.
The discount below applies to Monash staff and guests for parking at First Parking, 28 Flinders Lane, and became effective from Monday 9 October.

The Business Centre has inbuilt teleconferencing technology including a single screen, PC, and laptop connectivity. (this room also has 3 computers on the desk next to the boardroom table).
If support is during business hours, please call ext 55155 this is the priority Hotline Number for AV issues. Please note eSolutions will attempt to resolve the issue remotely through IP Camera in the first instance, however if this is unsuccessful they will request attendance from the Service Centre located in the CBD.
