Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE)
Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE) is a Faculty-wide Centre situated within the education portfolio of the Deputy Dean for Education, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences (FMNHS). We have a team of core staff whose mission is to improve the quality of health education at the FMNHS and beyond, through scholarship.

Introduction to Education Research Course
Five day face to face or online only course designed to introduce participants to health education research methods. It will help participants to develop foundational knowledge and skills to support their education research.

Quality Supervision Course
Full day online course to introduce participants to quality supervisory practice, feedback and supporting challenging learners. Extensive assessment component to encourage deeper learning and reflection. Eligible for credit to selected Graduate Certificate programs.

MCSHE Seminar Series
The seminars provide a platform for sharing innovative health professions education research. The series includes monthly seminars and twice yearly (at least) methodological workshops.

Health Education Research Networks
Based on priority themes identified from the health education research priority setting exercise six research networks were established to provide high quality education research outcomes.

Workshops and Consultancy
MCSHE offers half-day workshops for individuals and organisations on the introduction to supervision and feedback and supporting challenging learners.
