Management Fundamentals for Clinical Trials
Management of clinical trials, trial staff and research funding requires specialist skills generally not taught in nursing, biomedical sciences or medical degrees, resulting in clinical trial professionals having to learn these skills on the job. This adds unnecessary pressures to new managers and can present risks to the integrity and safety of a clinical trial. This course is designed to equip new managers and those aspiring to enter clinical trial management with the skills necessary to successfully undertake a clinical trial management role.
