Our people

This Society would not exist without the leadership of our founding chair, the late Professor Stephen Maloney. Steve pioneered research and practice from 2012 to 2024, resulting in critical advances to how cost and value is considered in health professions education.

We also acknowledge the contributions of our late colleague, Professor Scott Reeves, to the field of health professions education broadly and as a founding member of this Society.
