Complete a 20-minute online survey designed to better understand ambulance driving safety.
The aim of the survey is to better understand the factors associated with ambulance driving safety in Australia and New Zealand. The survey focuses on your perceptions and experiences of ambulance driving safety, including crash involvement. It can be completed on a desktop computer or mobile device.
You’re eligible if:
- You are a current employee or volunteer of an ambulance organisation in Australia or New Zealand, and
- You currently drive on road ambulances, or have driven on road ambulances in the last 10 years
You will be eligible to enter into a prize draw to win one of five $100 gift vouchers if you complete the survey. Your contact details for the prize draw will be collected in a separate form to ensure your survey responses remain anonymous.
