To review the outcome of your application please log in to the My.App application portal. Once logged in scroll down to My Outcomes/Offers, locate your Graduate Research Scholarship Application and click on View Outcome.

If you are applying for admission only, you can receive a conditional offer (subject to Faculty support). We do not issue scholarship offers conditional upon meeting Monash’s English language proficiency requirements.
Offers of admission packaged with the Monash English program may also be issued (subject to Faculty support). Note: The faculties of Arts and Law do not accept applicants via this pathway.
Domestic students
If you are a domestic student you will have your course fees covered for the duration of your course by the Research Training Program (RTP) Fees Offset. You will still be required to pay the Student Services and Amenities fee.
International students
If you are an international student you will be required to pay tuition fees unless you are covered by a scholarship or an external sponsorship. You can check the current fee rates by searching for your course. All international students must have Overseas Student Health Cover for the duration their student visa.

Once you have accepted your scholarship offer, and are not already enrolled or have received your course offer, your application for admission will proceed through the approval process. Once the required approvals have been obtained (i.e. main supervisor, head of academic unit and Associate Dean (Graduate Research)), you will receive your Course Offer letter. This process can take up to 6 weeks, depending on a number of factors (e.g. length of time to obtain the required approvals, peak processing periods etc).
Once you receive your Course Offer letter, you will be directed to the Responding to your offer page for information on how to accept your offer.
You must accept your offer so a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) can be issued. As a CoE is a required document for a student visa application, you are advised to commence the visa application process as soon as you have received your CoE. We will issue you with a CoE within 10 working days of receiving your completed course acceptance. Refer to the Responding to your offer page for further information on how to accept your offer.

Please note that Monash University scholarships do not cover visa application fees.

Please visit our How to Enrol page for everything to help you through the enrolment process. On this page you will find information on how to create your Monash account, links to the enrolment forms and information on where to submit the required forms to finalise your enrolment. You must enrol within 10 working days of your start date which is specified in your offer, otherwise your offer will expire.
If you are unable to start by the date indicated in your offer, you will need to apply to change your commencement date. Please make sure you lodge a request before your start date to avoid your course offer from expiring. If your request is approved and you are in receipt of scholarship, the commencement date of your scholarship will also be amended.
Note: If you do not enrol or apply to change your commencement date, your offer will expire within ten (10) working days of your start date. If your offer expires, any scholarship offer will also be withdrawn.
