Dr Angelo D’Elia

Angelo is a Research Fellow at the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC). He has worked in the road safety and injury prevention fields since 2005 and has developed a high level of analytical expertise in the areas of road safety program evaluation, vehicle safety research from mass data analysis and the linkage and analysis of injury databases. He has extensive experience in applying a wide range of statistical methods and techniques to injury data. He has a particular interest in how administrative datasets are used for injury prevention research and how they can be optimised in order to measure the full range of data and information required to support the injury prevention evidence-base.
