The Crown Princess Mary Scholarship
Students accepted for exchange at the University of Copenhagen for semester one each year will be considered automatically, no separate application is necessary. Monash Abroad will choose one applicant to be nominated for the Scholarship. Two recipients are chosen by the University of Copenhagen from the students nominated by its 19 Australian partners.
The scholarships are awarded once a year, and are worth DKK10,000.
France
Nicolas Baudin Grants
Nicolas Baudin grants are offered by the Embassy of France to encourage Australian nationals to study for a semester or year at a French tertiary institution, and are worth up to A$2,500.

English Language Teaching Assistants
Work from six to nine months as English language assistants in metropolitan France or in French overseas departments, such as New Caledonia.
Open to students who are competent in French but do not necessarily have teaching qualifications, some Monash students have combined an assistantship with an exchange at a French tertiary institution.

Germany
Baden Wurttemberg Scholarships – University of Tübingen and University of Heidelberg
This Scholarship provides successful students on exchange at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen or the Rupert Charles University of Heidelberg with a stipend of about €600-€1,400 per month for three to eleven months.

Spain
Language Assistantships for Australians in Spain
Participants in the program have the opportunity to live in Spain, start or improve their knowledge of the Spanish language and culture, and take advantage of an internship experience in public Spanish schools. The main role is to support Spanish teachers of English, or of other subjects such as science or social studies, which may be delivered in English, in primary or secondary education schools or language schools (adults).
Students will receive €800 per month, tax free, health insurance, paid school holidays and training. Some students have combined an assistantship with an exchange at a Spanish tertiary institution.
