New Colombo Plan Semester Program

New Colombo Plan (NCP) Semester Program funding has been awarded to Monash University by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) as part of a signature initiative that aims to lift the knowledge of the Indo-Pacific within Australia and to strengthen our people-to-people and institutional relationships.

The NCP Semester Program Grant helps cover living expenses during your semester exchange program for selected locations. The grants are accessible to students enrolling in a specific field of study and are participating in exchange at selected partners to specified Indo-Pacific countries.

Some NCP funded programs may involve additional cultural and language requirements beyond the exchange, and where applicable, will be specified in the program brochure.

You do not need to apply for these grants. Your eligibility will be automatically assessed by Monash Abroad if you are accepted into a single semester exchange program with a selected partner with NCP Semester Program funding.
