Are you ready to transform your leadership skills to achieve greater influence, impact, and career potential? This innovative program combines experiential learning and practical applications focussed on overcoming the unique challenges faced by women in leadership.

Join a group of like-minded and highly motivated women in Tuscany, and be supported and inspired with new skills, learnings and networks to unlock your influence and maximise your leadership.

How is the program structured?

The program has been structured to strike a balance between learning, practical content and networking while also allowing time to experience the scenic landscapes of Tuscany and the artistic hub of the city of Prato, indulge in European style lunches and evening events.

This highly successful program has been delivered to thousands of women in over a decade.  It is fully evaluated, is led out of the Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership Initiative and Partnership Centre for Gender Equality in Leadership, and applies evidence-based approaches.

Join the five day program with three offerings of our Women in Medical, Healthcare and Research Leadership program across the month of May 2026.

This program includes:
  • 1 and ½ days self-paced online learning (can be completed any time in the month prior to the program)
  • 3 and ½ days in Tuscany, includes morning tea, lunches and evening events

Monash University certificates are issued and CPD points are available

The program's capacity is limited to optimise personal experiences. Therefore early registration is highly recommended.

Who can attend?

This program is most suited for women in all areas of healthcare, medicine as well as health and medical research.

Most suited to those in their early to mid-career stage as well as those in senior career stages considering or undertaking career transitions.

Upon completion of the Women in Leadership program, participants will:

Nurses, Allied Health & other non-medical researchers General Fee: $3,800 AUD

Price point: Costs are highly competitive, with most leading University leadership programs running at $5,000-$15,000 for similar programs.
